Scott is his sector's is the leader operative of Sector A. Described as a tactical genius by some and as a paranoid workaholic by others, Scott takes his position and responsibilities as a USAF operative too seriously. He speaks with a noted LA accent because his mother came from California, he and his brother John were born there but moved to Tracy Island when he was 14 years old. Scott is in fact the main character in show and is considered to be best friends with Tommy, Astin and Lennie and has an on-off has had a relationship with Sandi Martelli who is considered a smart-ass but who Scott loves anyways.

It's revealed that Scott loves rock music which is an interest he shares with Astin. This also has something to do with his father's love of punk rock and heavy metal as a young man and the reason he also plays guitar in a few episodes of the show.

Appearance:

Scott usually wears a light blue shirt, a black leather, dark blue jeans and black leather motorbike boots. He's left ear has a gold creole earring in it and he is seldom seen without it and most noticeably of all, he had shoulder length dark hair and blue-grey eyes. It's implied that he has had it trimmed a few times and that he says he has really cool hair and the others agree with him.

Family:

Currently known members of his family include his father Jeff Tracy and his brothers John, Virgil, Gordon and Alan. We know that his mother Nicola Tracy was killed in an avalanche. He mentioned that his grandfather Benny Tracy was a rockabilly singer in the mid-to-late 1950s and early-to-mid 1960s. He is the only operative in Sector A to be a second generation USAF pilot. His father was a USAF colonel before moving on to NASA.

Tommy Pearl

Full name: Thomas Jermain Pearl

Dreadlocks, African-American, a dark green and black striped T-shirt, a dark green hooded jacket, blue jeans, a gold necklace with the word 'Dude' and dark green sneakers

Family:

One person in Tommy's family is his teenage brother Carl (maybe even called a exact model of a teenage Tommy) who is seen in a few episodes and originally wore a different outfit from Tommy's which was a pair of creole earrings. Carl goes from being a jerk to a smart-ass under Tommy's influence. Although annoying most of the time, Tommy and Carl have the same taste in music and even exchange raps and songs. Tommy resembles his father Lou and his mother Rochelle appears to have shoulder length black hair. Lou wears a black suit, a white shirt, a black tie and black shoes while Rochelle wears a blue V-neck sweater, dark blue jeans and black boots and, like Lou, thinks Carl is turning into a teenage version of his older brother. Like the other's parents, Tommy's parents often embarrass him and appear in a few episodes. It is also revealed that Lou and Rochelle are surprized when they learn about Tommy's on-off relationship with Nicola Nelson and his friendship with Scott Tracy.

Musical tastes:

Tommy is known for his love of rap and hip-hop music. Despite criticism, Tommy continues to tell have a passion for that sort of music from his parents. It is strange that Scott suggests he plays a bass guitar in a few episodes and even collabarated with him for a rock-rap song. While on missions, Tommy is seen paired up with a single other operative in Sector A maybe living up to the second-in-command in his operative title.

The USAF cafeteria:

Tommy works at the USAF cafeteria and is paid on Scott's behalf.

History:

Not much is known about his history except that he is addicted to chocolate but is not fat after eating too much. His small soda addiction may also be part of his lack of getting fat.

Sandi Martelli

Full name: Alexandria Contessa Martelli

Occupation: Diversionary Tactics

Sandi is the only Italian-American member of Sector A, she is credited as being the Diversionary Tactics expert of the sector but she is also a tomboy. In her free time while not on missions, she enjoys listening to hip-hop music, playing a keyboard which Scott persuaded her to do and playing guys sports.

Appearance:

Sandi wears a yellow V-neck sweater, a light blue denim jacket, dark blue jeans and yellow sneakers. She has wavy shoulder length dark brown hair and olive skin, gold earrings and has a yellow chiffon scarf around her neck.

Family:

Sandi's mother and father, Annette and Robert, are seen in a few episodes. Also, Sandi has two teenage twin sisters named Connie and Cara, who are teenage tweebs and always hides her stuff from them despite the 5 year gap between them. It is also revealed that her parents are happy about her relationship with Scott Tracy.

Personality:

Perhaps the only girl in Setcor A who would rather do guys stuff than girls stuff. Sharing a love of hip-hop music and playing baseball and football, she might be the only girl obsessed with these sports maybe losing only to Louise Carter who seems to be a bigger fan than she. Sandi is also the smartest of Sector A at the most and is seen thinking of plans.

Relationship With Scott:

There has been several small hints in the show about Sandi's relationship woth Scott. The first official sign was when she first sits next to him in the bar Red October's, we see Scott and Sandi dancing together. But the sign that really made people understand Scott and Sandi's relationship is where Sandi is injured. When Astin and Lennie tease Scott about liking Sandi (for the first time), Scott claims that she 'owed him a quarter'. In the end, Scott asked if Sandi liked him, she said she loved him.

James Astin

Full name: James Prescott Astin

Astin (He hates his first name) is the hand-to-hand combatant of the USAF Sector V. He is also into rock music and plays a guitar like Scott. He is also the sector's oldest member and has a knack of kicking anyone's ass.

Appearance:

Astin is easily noticeable by his brown shoulder length hair. He is also the second shortest guy in Sector A and is also the same height as Wayne Thomas. He also waers a black leather jacket, a black 'Ace Lightning' T-shirt, dark green combat pants and black sneakers.

Family:

Astin holds the honor of having a parent to manage his favorite band Ace Lightning. This parent was his father Morgan Astin who appeared in a few episodes along with his mother Rosie Prescott. He is the only one in Sector A who is an only child and it is revealed that he has a reputation of being the biggest flirt on the gang's Air Force base.

Lennie Anderson

Full name: Leonard James Anderson

Lennie became a USAF Operative when Scott and the others joined. He was trained in stealth tactics by his older brother Kyle and joined his brother's all boys team when he was 8 years old which included Tommy Pearl. After he turned 17, Lennie became interested in joining the Air Force at the very same time Tommy did and has a thing for pop music.

Appearance:

Red overshirt over a red shirt, dark green combat pants and red sneakers, red hair, green eyes, Jewish (like Astin). He seems to wear a bandana around his left leg.

Family:

The most notable person in Lennie's family is Kyle, his older brother. He seems to be one of Lennie's closest friends besides Tommy. Kyle gave Lennie his red bandana which explains how he got it which gives much of his history. Another family member is his father Stephen Anderson who is a rabbi in Springfield. The last member in the family is Lennie's mother Loretta Anderson who hails from London. They both want Lennie to have a suitable girlfriend.

Personality and missions:

Lennie is basically a laid back agent and speaks is the youngest and shortest guy in Sector A. He is known for his constant puns. About everyone likes these jokes as they're funny and sometimes even said at the right time. Despite criticism, Lennie continues to tell jokes throughout the series. Scott even stated he reminds him of SpongeBob SquarePants. Lennie has been seen in episodes with scenes similar to Indiana Jones situations such as booby traps and lots of exploring because he is a trained archaeolegist.

Nicola Nelson

Full name: Nicola Sarah-Jane Nelson

Nicola is the shortest and youngest member of Sector A. She is often called 'the other girl in Sector A' since unlike her tomboy pal Sandi, Nicola is a real girly-girl and, like Lennie Anderson, is a pop music fan.

Appearance:

Nicola has blonde hair with bangs and large boobs which is genetic. She wears a pink V-neck sweater, a lilac gilet, a dark green skirt over a pair of matching combat pants, a pink Alice band and pink sneakers.

Personality:

Nicola is probably the daftest member of Sector A aside from Lennie. She is scared of mice and spiders but she is also willing to look past the mission to the well-being of her team. It can also be assumed she is in an on-off relationship with Tommy Pearl.

Family:

Little is known about Nicola's father who died in a car crash but se see her mother Dr Alison Nelson and her younger sister Frankie in a few episodes.
