"Transom! You're fired! Get out of my sight!" The Hood shouted, then spun around to face Mullion. "Punish him as you wish!" He granted Mullion permission.
The Hood used his powers to smash open the wooden crate, and then smiled down opon the young girl drapped in torn rags, bound in chains.
"Toss her into the dungeons!" The Hood ordered. "There's much work to be done!"

"Yes, sir" Mullion replied, before grabbing the girl, and dragging her away. He took her down some stairs, and then tossed her into a cell. He closed the door, and locked it. He then headed back upstairs to deliver his punishment.
"What's wrong?" Joseph asked her.
Brains went back to Penny.

"Mullion! Take the bombers to Chicago shopping centre! It's time we caused some chaos!" The Hood ordered. "Take no prisoners and make sure there's critical damage to last them hours!"

"You two!" Mullion barked at some nearby guards, "Come with me!"
He stormed off to the Hood's hangar.
"OK" Joseph replied.
"I'll b-be taking those t-two with m-me" Brains said, "C-Can you arrange for one of your a-agents t-to g-give us a l-lift l-later?"

"Sir, the bounty hunter demands his money for the Tracy girl!" One of The Hood's guards informed him.
"Very well," The Hood smirked. "Kill him! And bring me up the girl!"

"I haven't touched your head" Joseph said, "What's wrong with it?"
"OK" Brains said, "Th-Thank you"
Mullion assigned one of the guards to punish the clumsy man from earlier, while him and some other guards left the base using the Hood's bombers.
"We should reach Chicago in ten minutes" Mullion said over the radio.

"Good, very good! Blow the place sky high." The Hood chuckled. "When you've accomplished that, head over to Taiwan! Do as you wish! We have to keep them on their toes!"
Leyla screamed as a guard chained her to a chair before he spun around with something in his hands that had the capacity to give off electrical shocks!
"Now tell me where Tracy Island is you piece of scum!" He shouted.
"I don't know, I don't know!" Leyla sobbed.

Joseph got up, and went to fetch Brains.
"Brains!" Joseph said, stopping next to Brains and Penny, "Cristal's head seems to be hurting"
"L-Lets have a l-look" Brains said, and followed Joseph back.
"Will do" Mullion said, flying the bomber, "Mullion out, sir"
He shut the radio off.
